Terms of Service

Welcome to Ultra Viewing. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our website design, development, and hosting services. By engaging Ultra Viewing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for any project, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

“Client”, “you”, or “your” means the person or entity that purchases services from Ultra Viewing.

“Project” or “Service” means any website design, development, digital marketing, website management, or hosting service we provide.

“Launch Date” means the date we publish or make your completed website live.

2. Scope of Services

We will deliver the services outlined in your signed proposal or invoice. Any additional work will require a new estimate or separate agreement.

3. Revisions and Updates

Free Revisions Window: You have fourteen (14) days from the Launch Date to request changes or updates at no additional cost.

Hourly Rate After Free Period: After the 14-day window, any further changes or updates will incur a fee of £50 per hour, unless you are subscribed to our Unlimited Changes Plan, in which case this fee does not apply.

4. Hosting Services

Billing & Cancellation: Hosting fees are billed monthly in advance.

Payment Failure: If payment fails or your hosting plan is cancelled, you have twenty-one (21) days to resolve the issue. Failure to do so within this period may result in the suspension or termination of your website hosting, causing your website to become unavailable.

5. Hosting Transfer

You may choose to transfer your hosting to another provider at any time. We will provide reasonable assistance and coordination to facilitate the transfer.

However, once hosting has been transferred away from Ultra Viewing, we no longer have access to the server environment and cannot carry out further updates, maintenance, or changes to your website.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within fourteen (14) days of receiving written notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the rights to the final website designs and code we deliver. We reserve the right to showcase your website within our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Viewing’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you under the relevant project.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Leeds.
